Hello, I’m Oliver Beans-I’m an 18 year old transgender male looking to go to college. I just recently got my financial aid package and I’m not fully covered and I can’t go to school unless I pay $3,000 for my first semester, the problem is that I thought I’d be fully covered because my mom doesn’t have a job, we basically have no income right now, I can’t work due to mental health reasons. My mom couldn’t work because she was a caregiver to my special needs brother (which is a full time job). Now he’s in the hospital and my mom’s looking for work, the problem is at the end of the day we barely have enough money to live, our food stamps were cut too. College would be my chance for a better life-to get an education and get a good job (hopefully).

your relationship doesn’t have to be toxic to be a bad one. it can be unfulfilling, exhausting, loveless. and someone doesn’t have to be terrible to you for you to leave them. if you aren’t primarily happy in your relationship, you have a valid reason to not be in it. don’t beat yourself up because your situation “could be worse.” if it isn’t what you want, you don’t have to stay in it.

Ok so yesterday my friend told me I had a “straight aura” to me. I came out to her as bi a few months ago and she really supported me in that and I really appreciated it. But now she’s convinced I’m actually straight.
A few weeks ago I went to a Pride Club Meeting for the first time. I’d just gotten the guts to do it. I introduced myself a bisexual. Later in the meeting I was called “another questioning lesbian”.
Stop discrediting bisexuals. Stop telling us we’re straights looking for attention or gays to unsure to come out “completely”. Stop telling me I’m wrong about my own sexuality, when it has taken me years to become comfortable with it and accept it.
